Privacy Policy

Overview

SingIt provides messaging-based wallet, payment, purchase, and transaction-approval features. This Privacy Policy applies when a user interacts with SingIt through a supported messaging channel or uses its wallet and payment features.

Information we process

Depending on the features a user chooses, SingIt may process:

• Messaging-platform identifiers, such as a Telegram user ID, WhatsApp wa_id, or an iMessage sender identifier.
• Profile information made available by the selected messaging platform, such as a display name or username.
• Phone numbers or contact identifiers provided to connect an approval channel.
• Pairing codes, approval choices, and messages or commands sent to SingIt.
• Public blockchain wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, balances, spending limits, purchase records, and other information needed to provide requested wallet or payment features.
• Technical, security, and diagnostic information, such as timestamps, delivery status, error records, and abuse-prevention events.

SingIt does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

How information is used

SingIt uses information to:

• Create and operate user-requested wallet and payment features.
• Link Telegram, WhatsApp, or iMessage approval channels.
• Send payment-approval notifications and record Approve or Reject decisions.
• Execute transactions and purchases expressly requested or approved by the user.
• Provide transaction history, balances, limits, recovery, and support.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

SingIt may send the minimum information required to providers that support the requested feature, including messaging platforms such as Meta/WhatsApp and Telegram, iMessage delivery providers, cloud-hosting providers, wallet and blockchain infrastructure providers, and payment or merchant services used to complete a user-requested purchase.

Blockchain transactions are public by design. A public blockchain may permanently display wallet addresses, transaction amounts, timestamps, and transaction identifiers. SingIt cannot delete or modify information already confirmed on a public blockchain.

SingIt may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

SingIt retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record and the feature used.

Security

SingIt uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secret separation, encrypted transport, signed webhook verification, and restricted approval flows. No system can guarantee absolute security.

User choices and data deletion

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing Exkalibur1919@proton.me. Please include enough information to identify the relevant SingIt account and messaging channel. SingIt may request verification before acting on a request.

Deletion requests do not apply to information that SingIt must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes, or to data permanently recorded on a public blockchain. Disconnecting SingIt from Meta or another messaging platform does not automatically delete records held by SingIt; users should send a deletion request using the email above.

International processing

Messaging, cloud, wallet, and payment providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Where required, SingIt relies on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children's privacy

SingIt is not intended for children under 18, and SingIt does not knowingly provide wallet or payment services to children.

Changes to this policy

SingIt may update this Privacy Policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
