Data deletion

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your SingIt account.

How to submit a request

1. Email Exkalibur1919@proton.me.
2. Use the subject line “SingIt data deletion request”.
3. Include the messaging platform and enough account information for SingIt to locate the relevant records.
4. Complete any reasonable identity-verification step requested.

SingIt may retain records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Information permanently recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted or modified by SingIt.
